Pups now all have their shiny new — very sharp — teeth! To go along with their new teeth, they've upgraded to their new day abode ☺ Buffy was more worried by the move than they were!

What a difference a few days makes! Pups are now properly moving around, and are even trying to feed upright (few more days needed for that, babies!).

Information about the litter
Parents (litter pedigree)
Buffy's litter by Sashdan High Hopes For Dykebar (Skip) was born on the 8th April 2019. Buffy's main job, after she did a bit of breed showing (she got her american championship at 9 months and 2 days and won very well in the classes in the UK), is helping out on the farm — while she'd naturally prefer the easier sheep, she'll move even the most difficult lot when told to (a video of her working at 20 months can be seen here). Buffy often works together with her mum, Eowyn, at which point Buffy pushes on the flock while Eo covers the hillside. Buffy is also agility trained and has done bits and pieces of obedience, so she can demo her skills to anyone interested — she's very toy motivated and keen to please.
Buffy is quite a lively dog, she'll do the most running of all my dogs when out on a walk, but she does settle nicely at home and usually puts herself well out of everyone's way, so she can see things but isn't a nuisance. She's very fast and biddable, she has been very easy to train. We were looking for a dog from show lines, to ensure an off switch, one who is also able to work and believe we have found it in Skip: while he is a show dog as his main job (he currently has one CC and four RCCs, one of which from Crufts 2019), he is a lovely, and lively, boy with a very nice temperament and we believe he will produce nice working ability for us as well as structurally balanced puppies, which is beneficial for any discipline. We have taken some videos of him at a show which can be seen here and here. Puppies from both Buffy's first litter and second litter are all very trainable with lovely temperaments, taking part in numerous disciplines: agility, herding, heelwork to music, search and rescue, and one even training in water rescue! As well as being the very nice pets they are, they have also been successful show dogs, with Verka (Anadune Heart To Heart, Buffy's daughter by Flash) winning a Finnish CC at the age of 13 months at the Finnish specialty, along with a Best in Show over all the (around 120) Border Collies entered as well as the Kelpies.
We are expecting the pups from this litter to be fairly high drive, but with an off switch. Puppies who are very biddable and keen to learn, and would therefore prefer homes where the pups will get to do something, be it agility, obedience, herding, flyball ... Puppies will be CEA, CL and TNS normal by parentage, and will be unaffected by Border Collie glaucoma. Their parents' hip scores are 4/5 (Skip) and 4/7 (Buffy), and they have numerous other DNA tests ensuring an unaffected status for a number of other diseases (I have a list!).
Puppy visiting to take place in Sheffield ☺
